What you will do

• Provide technical leadership in identifying and implementing IT system uses to meet strategic operational objectives.
• Lead the review and design of new system concepts and document technical specifications for integration and implementation.
• Translate business needs into actionable documentation, product roadmaps, and risk mitigation plans.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and configuration changes for TimeKeep systems and business application functions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and ensure systems are functioning correctly for end users.
• Partner with Labor, HR, Finance, and Payroll departments to elicit requirements and define problem impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of related experience in applications, system analysis, and program development.
• 5+ years of experience in UKG Pro WFM.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare advanced scheduling.
• 5+ years of experience working with ERP data.
• Must be based in the USA (given US-specific payroll/legal context).
