What you will do

• Monitor PA work to identify inventory volume, aging trends, and bottlenecks to ensure SLA compliance.
• Ensure the integrity of the PA submission workflow by verifying upstream data accuracy.
• Perform deep-dive investigations into payer and vendor discrepancies to recommend workflow adjustments.
• Conduct root-cause trend analysis on submission failures and present findings to leadership.
• Develop and refine tracking tools and standardized workflows for the PA lifecycle.
• Track and report on KPIs, including Submission Turnaround Time (TAT) and vendor error rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, focusing on prior authorization analysis or medical billing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedure coding.
• Strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality protocols.
• Must be based in the US.
