What you will do
- Analyze benefit package requirements and provide feasibility feedback to stakeholders.
- Configure benefit data into claims processing systems according to approved structures.
- Set up and revise policies on administrative systems.
- Manage the onboarding of new groups while meeting accuracy and efficiency targets.
- Resolve complex inquiries from members, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain workflow documentation and troubleshoot administration service issues.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business or data analysis.
- Proficiency with SQL, PowerBI, and Discoverer.
- Experience in query writing and optimization.
- Experience in group benefits is considered a strong asset.
