What you will do

• Analyze benefit package requirements and provide feasibility feedback to stakeholders.
• Configure benefit data into claims processing systems according to approved structures.
• Set up and revise policies on administrative systems.
• Manage the onboarding of new groups while meeting accuracy and efficiency targets.
• Resolve complex inquiries from members, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain workflow documentation and troubleshoot administration service issues.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business or data analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL, PowerBI, and Discoverer.
• Experience in query writing and optimization.
• Experience in group benefits is considered a strong asset.
