What you will do

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives.
• Create and execute lead generation campaigns targeting pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.
• Manage digital campaigns including LinkedIn advertising, webinars, and SEO/SEM strategy.
• Produce high-quality marketing content such as case studies, white papers, and thought leadership articles.
• Oversee MQL generation and nurture campaigns via CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Coordinate participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within Clinical Research, CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology sectors.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and the life sciences industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
