Location: Remote (United States). Central or West Coast time zones strongly preferred; Eastern considered for exceptional candidates.

What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound calling (80–100+ dials per day) to convenience stores, smoke shops, and head shops.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from initial contact to closing first orders via the B2B Shopify portal.
- Promote and sell the full range of product SKUs to new accounts.
- Maintain 90%+ CRM accuracy regarding call activity, lead stages, and order entries.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales pitches and accelerate professional growth toward account management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or call center environments.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes and maintain tenacity against frequent objections.
- Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent tools.
- 1099 independent contractor status.
- Reliable home office setup including a computer, high-speed internet, and dedicated phone.
- High school diploma or GED.
