Salary: $129,000 - $162,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Develop and maintain the systems roadmap for Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services, focusing on Salesforce and Zendesk.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs to remove barriers between CS, Support, Finance, and RevOps.
- Act as the authoritative systems voice for leadership, translating ambiguous business problems into clear technical direction.
- Manage platform vendor relationships from procurement and contract review through performance management.
- Define KPIs, build dashboards, and establish governance standards for customer lifecycle systems.
- Drive meaningful AI integration across the post-sale motion to improve customer health outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms in a business systems or revenue operations capacity.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce (Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud) and Zendesk (Support, Guide, Talk, Sell).
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and customer health scoring tools.
- Demonstrated AI fluency and experience implementing AI-powered tooling in a business systems context.
- Must be based in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available.
- Strong command of requirements documentation, UAT, and release management practices.
Nice to have
- Salesforce (Administrator, BA, Platform App Builder) or Zendesk certifications.
- Experience with integration tooling such as Workato or Boomi.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with Claude or Claude Code in a business systems context.
