What you will do

• Consult with internal stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements.
• Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Perform configuration for user stories within Salesforce and AppExchange products.
• Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to design large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Create test scenarios, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide end-user training.
• Facilitate workshops and utilize agile techniques to maintain system processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a business analyst supporting Salesforce implementations.
• Proficiency in soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user requirements and documenting user stories.
• Experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Must be based in Dallas, TX with regular, predictable office attendance.
• Experience using DevOps tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Ability to create visualizations describing complex business processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Salesforce Certifications or relevant Salesforce training.
