What you will do

• Lead the full implementation process for new captive insurance entities from engagement to regulatory approval.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and brokers throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit licensing application packages and renewal notifications to Departments of Insurance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external service providers to drive project critical paths.
• Review technical insurance documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain case tracking databases and manage project documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical regulatory interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and project tracking tools.
