Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist (Defense)

Salary: $112,500 – $117,500 per year

What you will do

• Provide contract cost and schedule management and analysis for Strategic Weapon Control programs.
• Develop time-phased cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze historical and predictive program performance and monitor the Estimate at Complete (EAC).
• Identify program critical paths and driving paths to ensure schedule milestones are met.
• Coordinate risk, opportunity, and Management Reserve data with Finance analysts.
• Support program reviews and prepare necessary customer-required documentation.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3+ years.
• Proven experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in Deltek Cobra and MS Project.
• Domain knowledge in program/product life cycle and financial processes (IPMDAR reporting, NDIA Guidelines).
