What you will do

• Program hirify.global Finance experiences across platforms focusing on breaking news, markets coverage, and personal finance.
• Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) to brainstorm and draft high-performing headlines and push alerts at scale.
• Optimize story placement, thumbnails, and recirculation using analytics platforms like Chartbeat and Google Trends.
• Write and edit timely mobile alerts, translating complex financial news into clear, urgent language for broad audiences.
• Iterate on visual assets and story thumbnails using AI-assisted tools like Adobe Firefly.
• Collaborate with reporters, video, social, and product teams to align programming with editorial priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an editor in digital media, newsroom programming, or audience development.
• Consistent weekend schedule is required (standard days off will be on weekdays).
• Strong editorial judgment for real-time framing decisions in high-velocity news environments.
• Professional experience with headline writing, SEO, and real-time analytics tools.
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI for prompt engineering and copy refinement.
• Ability to validate and fact-check AI-generated outputs to ensure brand alignment and accuracy.
