What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Produce diverse content including blogs, white papers, case studies, and product messaging.
• Define audience personas and translate complex industry concepts into engaging narratives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Mentor junior writers and provide editorial guidance to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze content performance using SEO and analytics tools to refine strategy and improve ROI.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience in professional content writing or content marketing within a SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written communication with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword strategy, and content management systems.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Fire, EMS, Healthcare, or Public Safety industries.
• Experience with video interview coordination and production.
