What you will do

• Manage assigned accounts receivable, monitoring past-due accounts and aging reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing or contract discrepancies with the AR/Billing team.
• Process new and updated credit applications to determine creditworthiness using agency reports and financial statements.
• Apply customer payments accurately using the Oracle cash applications module.
• Implement AI tools and automate workflows to predict payment behaviors and optimize cash flow.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to resolve payment issues and escalate critical matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-8 years of collections and customer service experience, preferably in SaaS industries.
• International collections and managing high-profile accounts experience required.
• Intermediate experience with Oracle ERP and Salesforce CRM.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
