Salary: $80,000 – $125,375 base + uncapped target performance bonus

What you will do
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of 8–10 Field Account Executives and Managers.
- Drive partner acquisition, optimization, and retention through strategic guidance and sales tool optimization.
- Travel up to 30% of the time within the region to close high-impact deals and build real-world partner relationships.
- Analyze Salesforce and Salesloft data to uncover insights and ensure a healthy, high-performing pipeline.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and refine sales strategies that align with regional goals.
- Manage ROI and budgets to grow supply and elevate the ClassPass user experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of people leadership experience in SMB and Mid-Market sales.
- 2+ years of experience as a top-performing B2B individual contributor.
- Proven strength in negotiation and executing team-wide sales plans with measurable impact.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
- Must be based in the Central Time Zone (or nearby metro) with the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
