Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 base + $50,000 annual commission

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a global BDR team to consistently hit SQL targets and activity metrics.
- Drive daily accountability for calls, emails, LinkedIn touches, and conversion rates.
- Optimize and iterate on outbound prospecting strategies to identify and fill gaps.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and call reviews using Salesforce and Gong to improve rep output.
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure high-quality BDR-to-AE handoffs and alignment.
- Work with Sales Enablement on onboarding, skills training, and development programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software sales.
- 1+ year of experience managing or leading a BDR/SDR team.
- Proven track record of holding a team accountable to activity metrics and pipeline targets.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Must be based in Denver, CO for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with outbound sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
