Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 a year

What you will do
- Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of 8+ Sales Development Representatives.
- Partner with leadership to build and execute strategic growth plans.
- Develop and implement scalable sales systems, processes, and standard methodologies for B2B sales.
- Define, manage, and optimize KPIs to drive predictive revenue growth.
- Ensure team adherence to company values and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior executives to accelerate growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, including 2+ years in sales leadership.
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams through account-based cycles.
- High proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
- Strong data-driven mindset with a history of achieving measurable results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technology with ease.
