Location: Kansas City, USA (Highly field-based role with 70–80% travel)

Salary: $52,125 – $76,450 base

What you will do

  • Build and grow the merchant network through prospecting, pitching, and closing new businesses.
  • Execute a field-first strategy by visiting prospective merchants daily and attending local industry events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and drop-ins to final negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Identify untapped local market opportunities aligned with customer demand.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and track performance metrics using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience combined with strong inside sales skills.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology and conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be based in or able to operate extensively within the Kansas City area.
