What you will do

  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment for strategic high-impact G&A and GTM roles.

  • Utilize recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve process efficiency and guide stakeholders.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices to create diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Represent the organization as a brand ambassador at industry events and recruiting touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A, Go-To-Market, or Sales.
  • Working knowledge of technical concepts, including programming languages and system architecture.
  • Proven success sourcing for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced tech organizations.
  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work across different time zones.
