Salary: Target total compensation $157,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned GTM searches from intake through the offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, candidate profiles, and search strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines in Workable ensuring high data accuracy and momentum.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess fit, confirm logistics, and pitch the company effectively.
• Utilize AI tools to personalize outreach at scale and surface high-quality passive candidates.
• Support leveling discussions using the company Career Ladder and interview evidence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally focusing on GTM/commercial or technical roles.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage high-volume, high-complexity recruiting lanes.
• AI-fluent: Proven experience leveraging AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows and sourcing.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring managers using data.
• Proficiency using an ATS as the primary system of record for all activity.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY.
