Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive territory growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business with general pediatricians.
- Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations to communicate the value of genomic solutions.
- Manage accounts and serve as a trusted resource for healthcare providers and their staff.
- Execute in-person and virtual client meetings, regional conferences, and physician engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a target clinician development pipeline and document activities in CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years in healthcare sales (preferably physician services) or 2+ years as a genetic counselor.
- Experience selling into general pediatric practices is strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel, including some required weekends, evenings, and overnights.
