What you will do

• Assist sales teams with proposal support activities and coordinate data inputs.
• Manage order and ship date accuracy while resolving changes with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and order data within Salesforce.
• Support forecast consolidation and updates based on sales inputs and order flow.
• Generate standard reports related to orders, pipeline status, and forecast updates.
• Act as a central coordination point between Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Requirements

• English: C1 or C2 proficiency required
• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, order management, or operations support.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM for data entry and reporting.
• Solid Excel skills for reporting and tracking.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on order accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in order management or inside sales support roles.
• Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or fulfillment processes.
• Experience supporting field sales teams in an industrial environment.
