What you will do

• Develop and execute key portfolio projects and initiatives, defining value propositions and maintaining detailed product roadmaps.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate the impact of product changes across engineering, data science, operations, and finance.
• Establish a single source of truth for product plans and assumptions by collaborating with business development and engineering teams.
• Own the company risk register and proactively design and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Manage expectations and influence senior leadership through high-level executive communication and strategic relationship management.
• Coordinate tactical operational plans, including financials, logistics, inventory, and pricing across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience leading software projects in fast-paced or early-stage environments.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML, Autonomous Vehicles (AV), or Automotive domains.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
• Experience with BI and productivity tools such as Looker, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and handle multiple cross-functional responsibilities as a generalist.
