Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid (3 days in the New York office)

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 base + commission

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 30-40 existing customers to maximize utility and grow ARR.
• Conduct business reviews and health checks with client executive leadership and CISOs.
• Identify, nurture, and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs.
• Ensure successful customer onboarding and facilitate subscription renewals.
• Analyze engagement levels to assess risk and execute account health action plans.
• Mentor developing Customer Success Managers by sharing best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Technical Account Management, or Consulting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior business professionals.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
• Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office).
