What you will do

• Drive market entry into the Netherlands, building the pipeline, customer base, and market presence.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract, focusing on B2B in banking, insurance, and pharma.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions for compliance, legal, and risk decision-makers.
• Build and activate a local partner ecosystem with law firms and Big 4 consultancies.
• Manage existing client relationships and build a robust network of stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal Delivery, AI Engineering, and Product teams to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• Dutch C2 and English C1 proficiency required.
• Several years of B2B sales or business development experience in a SaaS or tech environment (hard requirement).
• Proven track record of hunting and closing new accounts.
• Degree in Business Administration, STEM, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and digital transformation in regulated industries.
• Experience in RegTech, LegalTech, or GovTech is a strong plus.
