TL;DR
Business Development Manager (SaaS): Driving international growth for an industrial EHS platform with an accent on full-cycle sales, outbound prospecting, and strategic account development. Location: Hybrid role, requires at least 3 full days per week at the office in Lisbon or Leiria, Portugal.

What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets through outbound prospecting.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure.
- Deliver tailored product presentations, proposals, and RFP responses to senior decision-makers.
- Develop strategic account plans to penetrate new markets and industrial accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns and provide market insights.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales performance metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development or SaaS sales.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese required.
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
- Experience selling complex or technical industrial solutions.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
- Strong consultative selling and strategic account planning skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in Manufacturing, Utilities, or Automotive sectors.
- Existing network within industrial environments.
- Proficiency in Spanish or other additional languages.
- Knowledge of Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms.
