What you will do

• Adapt the pitch and sales approach to the Dutch market.
• Convert inbound leads into customers, end to end.
• Manage your pipeline and key KPIs.
• Identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion.
• Contribute to building the foundations of a future Dutch sales team and playbook.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales B2B ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
• You’ve already sold a product that requires explanation, trust, or structuring (SaaS, fintech, insurance, services…)
• As part of onboarding, you’ll be supported in obtaining the required Dutch sales certification (Wft).
• You are comfortable building things from scratch.
• You are fluent in English & Dutch
