What you will do

  • Manage customer accounts and respond to daily requests for aircraft parts and services.
  • Generate customer order quotes and provide frequent follow-up communications on order status.
  • Coordinate actions across multiple internal departments to ensure service level requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with airline customers and internal colleagues.
  • Monitor customer service performance and ensure timely follow-through on all outstanding matters.
  • Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call customer support rotation as required by the business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related work experience in account or customer service.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual.
  • BA/BS degree in a Business-related discipline is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn ERP systems.
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
