What you will do
- Manage assigned accounts within a geographic area to grow profit and market share.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Plan and execute proactive customer visits and joint calls with Technical Service Specialists.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Purchasing to ensure product availability and resolve complaints.
- Use Salesforce.com to manage customer information and planning.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.
- Must be located in or able to work in Calgary, AB, Canada.
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated mentality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
