Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 plus commission.

What you will do
- Manage sales activity in Eastern Ontario and East GTA to meet budgeted sales and ASP targets.
- Expand the customer base through strategic outreach and onboarding of new clinics.
- Deliver in-clinic training and product demonstrations to ensure clinicians are equipped to use Unitron technology.
- Provide ongoing customer support, including troubleshooting and remote assistance.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and seminars.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to execute growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally with medical or technical products.
- Ability to travel 50%+ of the time, including overnight trips within Ontario.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (French is an advantage).

- Degree in Audiology or a Hearing Instrument Specialist diploma.
