What you will do

  • Own and grow a defined territory of named mid-market accounts.
  • Expand existing customer relationships through upsell, cross-sell, and multi-site deployments.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive expansion revenue.
  • Engage directly with customers and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve sales goals.
  • Leverage channel partners to accelerate revenue growth and acquire new customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in an Account Manager or Account Executive role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through account expansion.
  • Experience selling complex solutions involving hardware, software, or infrastructure.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with experience managing multi-stakeholder buying groups.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Must be based in California (US).

Nice to have

  • Experience in EV, energy, infrastructure, high-tech, or SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with channel or partner-led sales motions.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business and financial ROI.
  • Comfort working with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
