What you will do

• Manage Jira intake for data privacy queries, information requests, and marketing content reviews.
• Conduct privacy assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) using a risk-based triage model.
• Handle privacy incidents and breaches, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Simplify DPIA templates in OneTrust and develop the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA).
• Support the delivery of the Privacy Function's strategic plan: Stabilization, Simplification, and Embedding.

Requirements

• Deep subject matter expertise in GDPR and associated regulations with hands-on application experience.
• Proven skill in translating complex legislation into clear, business-focused guidance.
• Experience with privacy management software like OneTrust and request-tracking systems like Jira Service Desk.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal collaborators, data protection authorities, and customers.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided.
