What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for all Data Protection issues and maintain expert knowledge of relevant legislation and industry guidelines.
• Embed Privacy by Design across the organization and integrate DPIAs, LIAs, and ROPA into business-as-usual processes.
• Develop and deliver data protection training materials and education programs group-wide.
• Create and update privacy policies and perform GAP analyses for countries in which the company operates.
• Collaborate with IT/IS teams to ensure compliance with GDPR Article 32 and manage incident/breach responses.
• Manage key stakeholders and business owners to deliver necessary technical and business controls.

Requirements

• CIPP/E and possibly CIPM accreditation.
• Experience leading data protection projects and running incident or breach risk assessments.
• Proficiency in using and configuring third-party privacy program software.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for breaking down complex ideas.
• Knowledge of Information Security or Cyber Security domains.
• Ability to create and document detailed operational processes and procedures.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry and knowledge of sports betting markets.
• Relevant degree in law or regulation.
• Knowledge of ISO27001/2, 27702, and 3rd party assurance/auditing.
• Familiarity with AML regulations and gambling compliance requirements across various jurisdictions.
• Good understanding of project and program management methodologies.
