What you will do

• Advise internal business clients on the Digital Platforms and Ventures portfolio (GolfNow, BRS Golf, Fandango) across international territories.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including strategic partnerships, vendor agreements, and SaaS/MSA licenses.
• Assess legal implications of emerging technology, focusing on data protection, privacy, consumer protection, and platform regulations.
• Provide legal guidance for marketing and advertising activities, including promotions, competitions, and website terms and conditions.
• Support business growth through due diligence and research regarding legal implications in various international jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with internal specialist teams on cyber risk, IP, and litigation, while managing external counsel resources.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor.
• Demonstrable experience in a commercial environment advising on contracts, intellectual property, and litigation.
• Knowledge of data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Experience collaborating across multiple functions in a matrixed environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience working for a global company with international subsidiaries in the SaaS industry.
• Experience with Payments and Financial Service Regulations.
• Understanding of Competition and Anti-trust law.
