What you will do

  • Own the post-launch product relationship with assigned enterprise health-system partners.
  • Lead regular partner meetings, roadmap reviews, and joint venture discussions to ensure clinic success.
  • Translate partner requests into scalable product requirements to influence the enterprise roadmap.
  • Collaborate with patient and provider experience PMs to prioritize feature development and product capabilities.
  • Manage the launch of repeatable clinic enhancements and product playbooks.
  • Work with Product Ops and Program Management on complex technical implementations and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, product management, or enterprise implementation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders across external partners and internal teams.
  • Technical depth to understand APIs, integrations, and platform constraints.
  • Comfort working with healthcare workflows, clinical stakeholders, and operational teams.
  • Strong communication skills for executive-level updates and client-facing meetings.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY.
