Salary: Base $55,000 - $65,000 plus variable

What you will do

• Identify and generate high-value sales opportunities for Account Executives to close.
• Research target accounts within assigned territories to find high-potential prospects.
• Perform active outreach via emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
• Act as the initial point of contact to develop trusted relationships with prospects.
• Maintain a diligent process for outreach and consistent follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in any industry or capacity.
• Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach, or Sales Navigator.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to persevere through challenges and remain goal-oriented.
• Strong sense of ownership over the sales process and diligent follow-up abilities.

Nice to have

• 6-9 months of direct experience as an SDR.
• Professional experience in a client-facing role.
• Background in the Benefits or Healthcare industry.
