Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 base

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, managing day-to-day operational items and relationship health.
  • Ensure client retention by delivering exceptional service and mitigating system issues through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify business pain points and challenges to provide strategic guidance and best practices for the SaaS solution.
  • Track and manage key KPIs, including support metrics, turnaround times, and ticket backlog volumes.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations to showcase the value of additional solutions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Travel 10-25% to client sites, conferences, and industry events to engage stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of client service experience.
  • Must reside in Ohio, USA.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in healthcare/homecare industry or SaaS platforms (preferred).

  • Experience with a partner ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of home-based care.
