What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, managing day-to-day operational items and relationship health.
- Ensure client retention by delivering exceptional service and mitigating system issues through cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify business pain points and challenges to provide strategic guidance and best practices for the SaaS solution.
- Track and manage key KPIs, including support metrics, turnaround times, and ticket backlog volumes.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations to showcase the value of additional solutions and identify growth opportunities.
- Travel 10-25% to client sites, conferences, and industry events to engage stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of client service experience.
- Must reside in Ohio, USA.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
- Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in healthcare/homecare industry or SaaS platforms (preferred).
