Account Executive (Fintech): Obtaining new clients for a SaaS Close Management Accounting solution with an accent on Enterprise sales and executive relationship management. Focus on driving the full sales cycle, performing product demos, and building a robust pipeline of high-revenue opportunities.

Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia. Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

What you will do

  • Cultivate relationships with executives to close new business deals targeting multi-million dollar revenue opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including product demos, pricing negotiations, and contract processes.
  • Develop and maintain a robust new business pipeline through outbound phone, email, and social media efforts.
  • Collaborate with BDR Managers and Marketing personnel to optimize team performance and sales processes.
  • Coordinate post-sale launch calls with the implementation team to ensure a smooth customer handoff.
  • Provide feedback on competitive activity and future product direction based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience in Enterprise sales and operating within high-velocity sales environments.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce.com and Outreach.io.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, self-starter attitude.
  • Must have valid work authorization for Australia (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

  • Background in FinTech sales.
  • Prior professional experience in accounting or finance.
