What you will do
- Cultivate relationships with executives to close new business deals targeting multi-million dollar revenue opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including product demos, pricing negotiations, and contract processes.
- Develop and maintain a robust new business pipeline through outbound phone, email, and social media efforts.
- Collaborate with BDR Managers and Marketing personnel to optimize team performance and sales processes.
- Coordinate post-sale launch calls with the implementation team to ensure a smooth customer handoff.
- Provide feedback on competitive activity and future product direction based on customer needs.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience in Enterprise sales and operating within high-velocity sales environments.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce.com and Outreach.io.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, self-starter attitude.
- Must have valid work authorization for Australia (no visa sponsorship provided).
Nice to have
- Background in FinTech sales.
- Prior professional experience in accounting or finance.
