What you will do

• Manage the assigned customer portfolio, researching account health and status to identify renewal opportunities.
• Strategize with Mid Market and Enterprise CSMs on renewals and applicable upsells to maximize bookings.
• Conduct discovery with customers, handling objections to ensure predictability in closing deals.
• Negotiate contract terms to prevent churn and secure optimal agreements using independent judgment.
• Facilitate the revision of legal documentation between internal and customer legal teams.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and forecasts within the company CRM.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or negotiation.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security field.
• Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Must be based in Singapore
