What you will do
- Manage the assigned customer portfolio, researching account health and status to identify renewal opportunities.
- Strategize with Mid Market and Enterprise CSMs on renewals and applicable upsells to maximize bookings.
- Conduct discovery with customers, handling objections to ensure predictability in closing deals.
- Negotiate contract terms to prevent churn and secure optimal agreements using independent judgment.
- Facilitate the revision of legal documentation between internal and customer legal teams.
- Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and forecasts within the company CRM.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or negotiation.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security field.
- Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Must be based in Singapore
