What you will do
- Manage the full quote-to-close process for renewals 90-120 days in advance of due dates.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets related to retention, growth, and contract extensions.
- Partner with Customer Success to evaluate account health and drive appropriate renewal solutions.
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and manage multiple commercial accounts concurrently.
- Identify and mitigate churn risk by escalating at-risk clients to appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with Legal, Deal Desk, and channel partners to identify and close joint opportunities.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and renewals.
- Proven track record of over-achieving renewal quotas in SaaS organizations.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS pricing models and experience in Sales, CSM, or Renewals teams.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, and ChurnZero.
- Legal right to work in Spain without the need for visa sponsorship.
