What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Analyze customer workflows and data structures to identify and implement the best system configuration approaches.
- Drive platform adoption and monitor health metrics to ensure customers achieve measurable ROI.
- Proactively identify risks of dissatisfaction and work cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure renewals.
- Identify and nurture opportunities for account expansion and upsells.
- Lead regular strategic success reviews with key stakeholders and C-level executives to evaluate performance and future goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical and workflow requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing and building trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to create structure and make decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
