What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Analyze customer workflows and data structures to identify and implement the best system configuration approaches.
  • Drive platform adoption and monitor health metrics to ensure customers achieve measurable ROI.
  • Proactively identify risks of dissatisfaction and work cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure renewals.
  • Identify and nurture opportunities for account expansion and upsells.
  • Lead regular strategic success reviews with key stakeholders and C-level executives to evaluate performance and future goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical and workflow requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing and building trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to create structure and make decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

  • Experience in healthcare or senior living operations.
