Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, Canada (3+ days in office), though strong candidates based in other locations will be considered.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic dialogues with C-suite and board-level stakeholders to align software solutions with long-term business goals.
  • Own the overall engagement cadence, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and joint planning sessions.
  • Design and execute global commercial strategies using predictive financial models to forecast opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Act as the central orchestrator for customer-facing teams, coordinating global internal resources for top-tier accounts.
  • Influence internal product roadmaps by aligning future customer needs with the company's strategic vision.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic sales or account management within B2B software, technology, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of engaging and developing trusted partnerships with C-suite executives.
  • Strong financial acumen, including expertise in modelling, forecasting, and data-driven strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered an asset.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity while driving outcomes in a consultative environment.
