What you will do
- Lead strategic dialogues with C-suite and board-level stakeholders to align software solutions with long-term business goals.
- Own the overall engagement cadence, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and joint planning sessions.
- Design and execute global commercial strategies using predictive financial models to forecast opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Act as the central orchestrator for customer-facing teams, coordinating global internal resources for top-tier accounts.
- Influence internal product roadmaps by aligning future customer needs with the company's strategic vision.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic sales or account management within B2B software, technology, or professional services.
- Proven track record of engaging and developing trusted partnerships with C-suite executives.
- Strong financial acumen, including expertise in modelling, forecasting, and data-driven strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered an asset.
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity while driving outcomes in a consultative environment.
