What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners in Canada to develop end-to-end monetization strategies.
- Monitor omnichannel performance data to provide actionable recommendations and achieve revenue goals.
- Lead strategic quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and implement detailed work plans.
- Troubleshoot supply and deal monetization issues in collaboration with cross-functional operations teams.
- Mentor junior team members and relay market feedback to product and marketing teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising in a client-facing, revenue-driving role.
- Deep knowledge of the Canadian publishing landscape and programmatic ecosystem (CTV, video, display, audio, DOOH).
- Advanced analytical skills using Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
