What you will do

• Conduct aggressive market research and competitive analysis to identify untapped opportunities in mineral processing.
• Prospect for new leads and nurture mid-to-long-term relationships to ensure a steady pipeline of high-value opportunities.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Product Development teams to craft technical solutions and proposals.
• Execute strategic market entry plans to remove barriers and accelerate growth in emerging segments.
• Create high-impact sales materials communicating the company's value proposition to new and existing customers.
• Champion a "Safety First" culture in every professional interaction and proposal.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Experience in technical sales specifically within the mining sector.
• Knowledge of Fixed Plant, Mill Liners, or Wear Piping solutions.
• Must be based in Arizona, Minnesota, Missouri, Utah, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
• Ability to perform substantial travel to mining locations.

• Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM).
