Manager, Account Management (SaaS): Leading the Customer Success team to drive revenue growth and retention through goal setting, coaching, and strategic funnel management. Location: Must be based in or near Toronto, Ontario, with a hybrid requirement to collaborate in-person a few times a month.
Salary: $115,000 - $130,000

What you will do
- Lead and motivate the Customer Success team to exceed sales and retention targets.
- Provide hands-on coaching and performance management to develop team skills and career progression.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Professional Services, Legal, Security) to ensure timely deal closure.
- Develop and implement playbooks and best practices for customer satisfaction and business reviews.
- Contribute to strategic division goals, including product direction, market targeting, and retention motions.
- Manage and resolve customer escalations in partnership with internal teams.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales leadership position.
- Up to 5 years of total sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with in-person collaboration in Toronto.
- Experience with software or technology products is a plus.
