What you will do

  • Strategically manage key enterprise accounts to maximize revenue growth and retention.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage pipeline, track forecasts, and maintain account data using HubSpot CRM.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs.
  • Perform outbound prospecting activities including cold calling and social outreach.
  • Collaborate with customer success and technical teams to align solutions with client objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales with a proven track record.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise account management and complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (no sponsorship provided).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
