TL;DR

Sales Manager (SaaS): Leading and growing the SDR team in North America to drive pipeline generation and opportunity qualification with an accent on hands-on coaching and sales process optimization. Focus on scaling the SDR function, implementing data-driven playbooks, and mentoring team members for career progression into AE or CS roles.

Location: Hybrid (Toronto) — Must be in-office 3 days a week at the Downtown Toronto location

Salary: $110,000 - $158,000 CAD annually

What you will do

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of Inbound and Outbound SDRs.
  • Manage commercial cadence, including pipeline reviews and forecasting for the NAMER market.
  • Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting for data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and continuously improve SDR playbooks, sequences, and outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with AEs and Marketing to ensure tight alignment and effective account penetration.
  • Champion the use of sales tools, automation, and AI to improve team productivity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (SDR, AE, or similar).
  • Proven ability to hit or exceed targets in a structured, data-driven way.
  • Comfort working with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoom Info).
  • Ability to lead in a non-commission, team-based sales environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments.
  • Experience working in the North American market.
