What you will do

• Own community delivery accountability and operating cadence across multiple teams.
• Manage and coach Engineering Managers and Technical Leads, setting standards for performance, growth, and remediation.
• Drive staffing processes and resolve cross-team dependencies and trade-offs to ensure a committed plan.
• Partner with Product Management and Technical leadership as part of a leadership trio to translate decisions into actionable plans.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, quality issues, and team inefficiencies early.

Requirements

• Significant experience building and shipping software in production environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading managers and senior IC leaders, including performance management.
• Strong delivery leadership with a focus on clarity, pace, and follow-through.
• Excellent judgment in making trade-offs between scope, timing, quality, and staffing.
• Fluent in English.
