Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in office) in London or Zurich

What you will do

  • Lead a feature team building logic and UX for compensation vehicles like equity plans, pensions, and carry.
  • Set technical direction, conduct 1:1s, and drive performance and growth for engineers.
  • Promote the use of AI tools and automated workflows to multiply team output and efficiency.
  • Ensure high precision and correctness in a domain where errors have real financial consequences.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design leadership to expand product coverage and domain models.
  • Stay hands-on by reviewing PRs and contributing directly to the codebase.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Engineering Management.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in product-focused or domain-heavy roles.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate engineering workflows.
  • Ability to handle evolving scope in complex financial domains.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London or Zurich.
