What you will do

  • Lead and organize the Acquisition Funnel crew, bhirify.globalcing 40% individual contribution with 60% management.
  • Build and optimize high-traffic platforms for member discovery and conversion.
  • Power acquisition channels including paid, SEO, and LLM-driven marketing engines.
  • Develop seamless self-serve conversion flows from discovery to signup.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product teams to drive business impact.
  • Support broader initiatives like partnership integrations, accountant tools, and referral systems.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional engineering experience.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
  • Proven experience leading a technical team.
  • Strong background in building and shipping web applications.
  • Interest in business metrics, conversion funnels, and growth strategies.
  • English working proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with React, Python/Flask, and PostgreSQL.
  • Passion for leveraging AI to redefine roles and scalability.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or insurance sectors.
