What you will do
- Lead and organize the Acquisition Funnel crew, bcing 40% individual contribution with 60% management.
- Build and optimize high-traffic platforms for member discovery and conversion.
- Power acquisition channels including paid, SEO, and LLM-driven marketing engines.
- Develop seamless self-serve conversion flows from discovery to signup.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product teams to drive business impact.
- Support broader initiatives like partnership integrations, accountant tools, and referral systems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- Proven experience leading a technical team.
- Strong background in building and shipping web applications.
- Interest in business metrics, conversion funnels, and growth strategies.
- English working proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience with React, Python/Flask, and PostgreSQL.
