• Shape and deliver AI-powered communication tools, balancing speed, experimentation, and execution.

• Establish strong feedback loops with customers through pilots and real-world evaluations.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams as an established manager.
• Strong people leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, and supporting senior and staff-level engineers.
• Experience shipping customer-facing products in fast-moving or high-growth environments.
• Hands-on technical skills to contribute directly to product development and review technical decisions.
• Experience with AI-powered products or foundation models in production, specifically conversational AI or intelligent workflows.
• Must be based in Canada, the US, or the UK
