What you will do

• Act as engineering lead for the CMS platform, providing hands-on development and technical leadership.
• Drive technical execution, quality, and consistency across CMS development.
• Design, develop, and maintain CMS backend services and user-facing applications.
• Define and evolve coding standards, development practices, and technical guidelines.
• Review code and mentor developers to support continuous skill development.
• Collaborate with software and solution architects to align implementation with architecture.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Cardiff, UK
• Extensive experience with headless CMS platforms and content-centric systems.
• Proven full-stack development experience across backend and frontend technologies.
• Experience acting as a technical or engineering lead within a development team.
• Strong expertise in content structures, schemas, and markup-based modelling.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with AI agent development.
